Tuesday, October 18
Pacific Northwest / Alaska cooking class with Seattle’s renowned chef Tom Douglas, Hot Stove Society

Guests will participate in preparing a Pacific North West meal and then enjoy the food with each other’s company. All necessary kitchen tools & ingredients are provided with thorough recipe packets. The goal is to educate guests on PNW seafood while fueling enthusiasm for cooking at home and teaching you techniques you will be proud to use again.

Price: $150/per guest
Meeting point: Lobby at Westin at 11:45 am
Departure: Westin at 12 pm
Duration: 2-3 hrs

Wednesday, October 19
Tour Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum Private lunch at The Space Needle
Guests will tour the museum, looking at the inspiration and influences that inform the career of artist Dale Chihuly, Garden & Glass Museum. The Exhibition includes eight galleries, the centrepiece glasshouse and a lush garden. Following the tour, guests will walk to The Space Needle for a private lunch on the Skyline level for exceptional food and views of Seattle. Transportation to and from Westin is included.

Woodinville Wine Tour & lunch
Chateau Ste. Michelle winery tour & tasting | Tsillan Cellars wine tasting and lunch

Guests will enjoy a private wine-tasting experience in the Gateway Wine Tasting District of Woodinville, located 20 miles Northeast of Seattle. Starting the tour at Chateau Ste. Michelle, Washington’s oldest and most acclaimed winery, features award-winning wines and unparalleled tasting experiences. We then move on to Tsillan Cellars, which produce estate wines and wines sourced from Washington’s best-growing regions. A private lunch is included.
